Accuracy and authority statement

Where required by applicable law, a statement confirming that the information contained in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Action Following a Copyright Complaint

After receiving a sufficiently complete copyright infringement notice, Greens Car Spares may investigate the complaint and take appropriate action.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material;
Contact the person or party responsible for providing the affected material;
Request additional information from the reporting party;
Restrict access to our services; or
Terminate access for repeat infringers where appropriate.

3. Counter-Notification

A counter-notification should include:

A physical or electronic signature of the person submitting the counter-notification;
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled;
Identification of the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
A statement confirming a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification;
The person's name, postal address, telephone number, and email address where available; and
Any additional declaration or consent to jurisdiction required by applicable copyright law.

Where the U.S. DMCA applies, additional statutory requirements may apply to a counter-notification, including statements relating to jurisdiction and acceptance of service of process.

4. Restoration of Material

If Greens Car Spares receives a valid counter-notification, we may provide a copy of it to the person who submitted the original copyright complaint.

Where required under applicable DMCA procedures, removed material may be restored or access reinstated within the legally prescribed period unless the original complaining party informs us that appropriate court proceedings have been commenced.

Where those DMCA provisions do not apply, Greens Car Spares will handle the matter in accordance with applicable copyright law and the circumstances of the complaint.

5. Repeat Infringement

Greens Car Spares reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to our services where a person repeatedly infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Any such decision will be made based on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.

6. False or Misleading Claims

Please ensure that any copyright infringement notice or counter-notification you submit is accurate.

Submitting knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent information regarding copyright ownership or infringement may result in legal consequences.
